Flat Rate

• Hourly $125.00 per hour 

Pre Paid Discounts 

• 5%  $118.75 per hour ($1,000 - $2,500) 
• 7.5%          $115.60 per hour ($2,501 - $5,000) 
• 10%  $112.50 per hour ($5,001 - $7,500) 
• 15% $106.25 per hour ($7,501 - $9,999) 
• 20%    $100.00 per hour ($10, 000) 

Prepaid hours are valid for 12 months from purchase

Billing Onsite Work: One hour minimum billing for onsite work. Second and remaining hours billed in fifteen minute increments. Flat Rate hour-to-hour consulting and support is invoiced and payment is due at the end of the appointment (C.O.D.). Hours worked for customers with prepaid hours will receive a paid invoice at the end of the appointment detailing work performed, hours billed and remaining pre paid balance. 

Remote Access: Billed in fifteen minute increments. Remote access work is only available to customers with a pre paid balance 

After Hours Rate: at this time there is no after hours rate in effect. This is subject to change.

Travel is charged portal-to-portal (from previous location to customer location and then to next location). Travel is billed in fifteen minute increments at the same rate as the consultation/support.
